About the Workshop

Ring in the new year by nurturing the creative calling of your inner child by joining us in this guided painting workshop: Transformation Through Painting on Saturday, December 30th from 10am - 1pm.

Our intuitive artists and workshop facilitators, Janaki and Prema-mani, will begin with some creative exercises to get the inspiration flowing and then set the scene for our guided meditation and visualization exercises. These meditations are meant to invite introspection along with imagination! No matter if you are a day one painter or a fine art master, this workshop will leave you feeling connected to your highest Self and with a heart that is warmed with intention, purpose and love. 

Rediscover that small inner voice yearning for expression. It's not about creating a polished "product" but rather the humble attempt to come even just one step closer to our real Self. That spiritual Self that is characterized by eternality, purpose, and bliss. As our painting exercises come to close, we will be invited to enter a heart-to-heart discussion and showcase the wonderfully finished (or unfinished!) artworks. Leave, not only with effective tools for mindful and spiritual creating, but also greater connection to Self and community.
