About Us
Bhakti School NYC is an educational hub dedicated to spreading the timeless wisdom and teachings of bhakti, the path of devotional service, as enunciated in the ancient scriptures rooted in the ancient Vedic culture. Based on the profound teachings and translations of the ancient Sanskrit bhakti texts by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, our educational programs aim to touch hearts, awaken souls, and inspire individuals to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.
Story
Bhakti School NYC was born from a desire to share the transformative power of Bhakti – the yoga of love and devotion – with the people of New York City. As part of the ISKCON community, we are deeply inspired by and grounded in the foundational teachings of its Founder-Acharya, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Our journey continues with the simple aim of creating a space where individuals can gather to explore life's deepest questions ("Who am I?"), connect with their spiritual essence, and discover lasting inner peace.

Our mission is to provide a dynamic and supportive environment in NYC for learning and practicing Bhakti Yoga, guided by the wisdom of A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and the principles cherished within ISKCON. Our Founder-Acharya: HH Srila Prabhupada
We humbly honor and introduce His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the visionary Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). It was Srila Prabhupada who journeyed from India to share the timeless wisdom of Bhakti yoga with the Western world, establishing a global spiritual movement. We at Bhakti School NYC are eternally grateful for his profound teachings, his translations of sacred texts, and the loving community he inspired, which form the very foundation of our school's existence and mission.
